Notice is given under rule 50(1) of the Constitution of QUT Law Society Inc. that nominations for committee positions for the QUT Law Society Inc. (‘QUTLS’) are open as at the date of this notice and close at 5:00pm on Monday 12 October 2026.

Any QUT Student interested in volunteering with the QUTLS Committee in 2026 is encouraged to apply. Nominees may apply for up to 3 roles.

Nominations may be taken from the floor if there are no nominees or only one (1) nominee. This will be at the discretion of the Returning Officers. Members interested in a position are strongly encouraged to apply using the form above.

The votes will be taken by secret ballot, using full preferential voting, of persons attending the Annual General Meeting to be held at:
